Today’s News Highlight: The Lagos State Government has signed the ₦14.815 billion Series III Green Bond and the ₦230 billion Series IV Bond under its ₦1 trillion Debt and Hybrid Instruments Programme, attracting a total of ₦339.35 billion in bids a strong vote of confidence from investors



The Green Bond, the first issued by a sub-national in Nigeria, will support environmental protection and climate resilience under the THEMES Agenda, while the Series IV Bond will boost key sectors including transport, housing, healthcare, education, and urban renewal.
