TG/PS Osinaike Visits 18 Riverine Schools to Promote Excellence and Discipline

The Tutor-General/Permanent Secretary of Education District III, TR. Osinaike Olusegun Olawale, recently embarked on a courtesy visit to 18 schools located in the riverine areas of the district. The visit was part of his continuous effort to ensure that quality teaching and learning are maintained across all schools, irrespective of their geographical challenges or accessibility. His visit underscores the district’s commitment to inclusiveness in education and the promotion of academic excellence in every learning environment.

During the tour, TR. Osinaike interacted with school administrators, teachers, and students, gaining firsthand insight into the conditions of the schools and the level of compliance with government policies. He emphasized the importance of creating conducive learning environments that encourage academic growth and moral discipline among students. The visit also provided an opportunity for him to assess infrastructure needs and identify areas where government intervention could further strengthen the education system.
The TG/PS commended members of staff and students who demonstrated a high level of discipline and neatness in their appearance.
