Mrs. Folashade Ambrose-Medebem serves as the Honourable Commissioner for Commerce, Cooperatives, Trade and Investment in Lagos State, a role central to driving economic growth in Nigeria’s commercial capital. With Lagos contributing a significant share to the nation’s GDP, her ministry plays a strategic role in shaping policies that stimulate trade, investment, and enterprise development across the state.



Since her appointment, Mrs. Ambrose-Medebem has focused on strengthening Lagos’ position as Africa’s leading business hub.
