LSDPC Signs Landmark Joint Venture with MEH Reportage for 28-Floor Luxury Complex on Victoria Island

The Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) has entered into a landmark joint venture agreement with Middle East Harvesters (MEH Reportage) to construct a world-class hotel and residential complex at Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The project, a major milestone in LSDPC’s ongoing urban renewal drive, will feature a 28-floor mixed-use structure comprising 592 luxury units , including studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments. It will also house state-of-the-art conference facilities and premium retail spaces aimed at boosting both residential comfort and commercial appeal in one of Lagos’s busiest districts.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, LSDPC Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Hon. Ayodeji Joseph, described the development as “a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” emphasizing that the initiative embodies the Corporation’s vision to deliver transformative projects that redefine urban living in Lagos.


He noted that the partnership with MEH Reportage underscores LSDPC’s commitment to creating sustainable, innovative, and high-value real estate that aligns with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s vision for A Greater Lagos Rising.
