The initiative conceived by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Public-Private Partnerships, Mrs. Bukola Odoe, is designed to equip officers with essential leadership skills that will enhance efficiency, professionalism, and overall service delivery.  Mrs. Odoe described the programme as a strategic investment in building a more effective workforce. She emphasised that leadership within the PPP ecosystem requires not only technical knowledge but also respect, emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills.

She urged participants to fully engage with the facilitators and apply the knowledge gained in the course of their duties, noting that “no knowledge is ever wasted, and no one is an island of knowledge. We must continue to search, learn, and grow.” She reiterated that the present administration, led by Mr Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu, remains committed to empowering its workforce to meet the evolving demands of public-private partnership management in Lagos State.
