The Lagos State Governor officially launched the TY Logistics Park FZE in Alaro City today, marking a significant milestone expected to reshape the future of logistics in Lagos and reinforce the state's standing as Nigeria's pre-eminent industrial hub. The commencement of operations at this facility is poised to offer a major boost to the state's commercial viability and efficiency.

During the ceremony, the Governor offered profound commendation to the leadership and vision of General T.Y. Danjuma (Rtd.) and Senator Daisy Danjuma. He praised their sustained confidence in the state's economy, noting that through TY Holdings, they continue to demonstrate the epitome of responsible investment and faith in the Lagos project.
The new park's strategic placement is a key advantage, as it sits at the heart of a rapidly expanding economic corridor. This locale benefits from close proximity to major infrastructure assets, including the Lekki Deep Sea Port, the Dangote Refinery, emerging manufacturing zones, and the proposed Lekki–Epe International Airport. This Grade-A facility is projected to deliver substantial value by cutting costs for businesses, providing critical support for exporters, and generating tangible opportunities for the local workforce.
The state government also used the occasion to acknowledge and appreciate the collaborative efforts of the Federal Government. Specifically, they lauded the commitment to developing the 7th Axial Road, recognizing its critical role in enhancing connectivity. This essential infrastructure project is set to strengthen the entire supply chain, ensuring seamless and efficient movement of goods from the port to land-based distribution points.

The TY Logistics Park FZE is deemed a perfect fit for the state's developmental roadmap, aligning directly with the THEMES+ agenda. The Governor reiterated that the project champions the agenda's core objectives: building modern infrastructure, improving mobility, and making Lagos an increasingly attractive and easy location for investment and operation. With Alaro City rapidly solidifying its reputation as a preferred industrial destination, the Governor concluded by assuring investors of the state’s continued dedication to fostering an environment where investment is always encouraged.
