Omotoso praised DCS Integrated Media Limited for creating a platform that fosters industry excellence and contributes to national development. He emphasised that IPPPEX has evolved beyond an exhibition to become a hub for innovation, knowledge sharing, and growth in the creative economy. The Commissioner urged the organisers to continue setting benchmarks for quality and innovation, while also inspiring new entrants into the industry.
Reaffirming the Lagos State Government’s commitment to supporting the creative and communication sectors, Omotoso explained that the government, through policies and partnerships, continues to create an enabling environment for innovation and sustainable business practices. He stated that “as a government, we remain committed to promoting a vibrant media and creative sector that drives economic development and job creation.”

While officially declaring IPPPEX 2025 open, Omotoso congratulated the organisers, exhibitors, and participants for their resilience and contribution to national development.
