The high-profile reception underscores Lagos State's commitment to strengthening diplomatic ties and fostering international relationships, positioning Lagos as a major hub for African leadership and engagement.

H.E. Sahle-Work Zewde, who made history as Ethiopia's first female President and one of the most respected female leaders on the continent, was accompanied during her visit by Kemi Ajumobi, the Founder and Group CEO of Inspiring Woman Africa. The presence of these prominent figures highlighted the importance of collaborative dialogue on matters concerning African development and female leadership.
