Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has lauded the Imose Exhibition for its vital role in transforming raw talent into sustainable businesses. The Governor’s commendation came during the 2025 edition of the exhibition, which has become a premier platform for small businesses in the fashion, beauty, and wellness sectors.

Represented by the Commissioner for Commerce, Cooperatives, Trade and Investment, Mrs. Folashade Bada Ambrose, the Governor noted that the exhibition captures the "vibrant and resilient spirit" of Lagos. He emphasized that providing visibility and market access to emerging creators is essential for a thriving local economy.
The Governor’s message highlighted that supporting the creative economy is a top priority for his administration. By fostering environments where innovation can meet investment, the state aims to empower young entrepreneurs to compete not just within Nigeria, but on a global scale.
In a related engagement, Commissioner Bada Ambrose joined influential women at the Pink Dew Soirée, an event organized by Mrs. Betty Irabor. The gathering focused on reflection and connection, celebrating the massive contributions women make to the economic fabric of the state through business and community leadership.

Together, these events underscore a unified vision for Lagos: a city that celebrates entrepreneurial intention and the power of community. The state government continues to pledge its support for platforms that allow women and youth to advance their contributions to society and the economy.
