Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu reaffirmed the Lagos State Government's commitment to supporting Nigeria's armed forces during the opening ceremony of the 2025 Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Annual Conference. Attending the event alongside His Excellency Vice President Kashim Shettima, GCON, Governor Sanwo-Olu utilized the platform to commend the Nigerian Army for its profound dedication and immense sacrifice in protecting the sovereignty and security of the country.

​Speaking as the Governor, he unequivocally reiterated the state's continued support and cooperation with the Nigerian Army and all other security agencies operating within the state.
