The visit highlights the growing interest of Middle Eastern investors in the Nigerian market, particularly in the sectors of real estate and infrastructure development. Both leaders discussed potential areas of cooperation that align with the "Greater Lagos" vision of the current administration.

Governor Sanwo-Olu welcomed the CEO, showcasing Lagos as a stable and fertile ground for international conglomerates. The discussion touched upon the strategic advantages of investing in a city that serves as the gateway to the African continent’s economy.

While specific project details were not immediately disclosed, the visit signals a strengthening of ties between Lagos and Dubai-based enterprises. Such high-level engagements are critical for bringing foreign direct investment into the state's emerging business districts.
